Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we offer standard shipping. If you need your gift by a specific date, please reach out to us at cozychigiftstore@outlook.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. Delivery times and costs may vary by destination. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to check your order status at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at cozychigiftstore@outlook.com and we'll guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at cozychigiftstore@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no hassle.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Gifting
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We recommend adding a note in the order comments with any special instructions.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?
We're working on adding gift wrapping options. In the meantime, feel free to include a personal message in your order notes and we'll do our best to make it feel special.

Can I change or cancel my order?
